• Renovated inefficient HVAC systems, life safety systems, and electrical and building infrastructure systems throughout an aging 1-million sq. ft. hospital
• Upgraded more than 400 life safety systems including correcting egress lighting, repair of fire walls, addition of fire doors, and installing missing smoke/fire detectors
• Completed building envelope improvements including the removal and replacement of approximately 300,000 sq. ft. of old roof areas, replacement of 60 cracked windows with ATFP blast-resistant windows, refurbishment of the exterior façade elevations, and removal of 25,000 cu. yds. of debris from the sub-basement level that had accumulated after a major hurricane
