Completed a design-build, initial outfitting (DBIO) dental clinic modernization project to correct poor functional workflow, inadequate space and layout, deficient HVAC, and outdated and insufficient electrical capacity.

• Renovated the existing 6,500 SF dental clinic, modernized equipment, and constructed a new addition
• Replaced an air handling unit (AHU) as well as new supply air terminal units with reheat coils and a new exhaust fan to maintain required pressurization.
• Constructed a new electrical room with new panels to serve the renovated areas
