Investigated suspected heating oil tank locations and permanently closed unregistered tanks associated with previously razed buildings at the former Turner Air Force Base, Turner Job Corps Center, and on adjacent property. Also installed wells, sampled groundwater, and abandoned wells during the project.

The project removed the tanks and sampling data allowed a recommendation of NFA at nine tank sites. Additional soil and groundwater investigations recommended NFA at one site along the pipeline with further investigations recommended for one site along the pipeline.
